Early Childhood Application
Our application is available online and can be accessed from any computer with internet access! As of now, it’s English only; online Spanish will come later this spring.
You can apply from any computer with internet access by entering: captulsa.org/apply-now, or by using a kiosk at our headquarters, M-F 8-4 pm at the Exchange Center East building, 4606 S. Garnett Ave, Tulsa, OK 74146.
As part of the QuickApp process, you will establish a user profile so you can access your information again if needed. Once the profile is complete, you will schedule an application interview with a Client Services Associate at Exchange. Families that complete their QuickApp at Exchange and have brought all the needed documents may be able to meet immediately for an interview, but slots are limited and based on availability for the day.

McClure Early Childhood Education Center
